At Darkopia Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility:

-Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
-The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

b. Return Process:

Please contact our customer service team at darkopiajewelry@gmai.com or contact us on WhatsApp +62 881-0802-23653 before initiating a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that if your return has not been approved by our team in advance, we will not be able to accept the item when it is sent back.

c. Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

d. Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or Whatsapp regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note it can take some time for post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us for assistance.

e. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired piece.

f. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
